- We do not accept returns or exchanges outside the 10 day period
- No returns on jewellery & sale items
- Item must be received in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, no makeup, no perfume)
- We have the right to refuse the return if the conditions are not met and the item will be sent back to you.
- Ensure items is returned within 10 days of purchased date.
If the item is not suitable and you require an exchange, the postage fee will be covered by you. The initial second postage fee will be on us however any other subsequent postage will be at your cost. Otherwise we will issue with you a store credit.
For all returns, we offer store credit which will be applied to your Aurium account
Our standard return policy still apply to AfterPay & ZipPay payments. Once we have received your returned item, you will be issued with an exchange or an online credit which can be used straight away.
Your AfterPay & ZipPay payment schedule will continue. If you fail to make payment, AfterPay will incur a late fee of $10 and a subsequent $7 every week that it is not been paid.
