As of Feb 2018, we have transitioned our boutique in the Wintergarden to an online store only.
If you find your voice resonates with our style, brand and look - shoot us an email. We love to hear from designers, influencers, stylists and Brisbane models.
Sizing are standard however if there are styles that are smaller or bigger in size, you can find this in our product description. We understand women's body shape vary hence dress styles, fabrications and any adjustable features play a big role in how it fits. We have provided specific measurements to each style within the description. If we may have missed it and you are in doubt, please do not hesitate to email us or chat to our style consultant Louise on our live chat.
Please ensure your size and colour is selected prior to adding to cart. If you have any issues with the online process we can manually do the order for you.

When you love the item and you're wondering whether we are safe to purchase from? Then you are safe to know that our online boutique is PCI DSS (stands for Payment Card Industry Data Security Stndards) compliant. This means we have complied to the standards of ensuring your details are protected from fradulent acts and you will be checking out in a secure card environment.
Aurium has joined the bandwagon to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and stress-free. The introduction of both AfterPay & ZipPay is pretty much a "reversed layby". You can still look amazing without paying the full amount upfront and still get it delivered to your door.

AfterPay and ZipPay are both Australian companies innovating the idea of the layby. Both have their own payment scheduling and fees.

Afterpay:
  • Afterpay splits the order into four equal interest-free installments. You will require to pay the first installment on the day of purchase. Payments is automatically direct debited from your nominated card, every fortnight from the day of purchase. Please ensure you have sufficient amount for AfterPay to withdraw otherwise a late payment fee of $10 and recurring a fee of $7 for every seven days that the amount is not paid.

  • To be eligible for Afterpay, you must pass this general criteria:
  • - Must be 18 years old and over
  • - Live in Australia
  • - Have a direct debit card or credit card
  • - Working mobile phone number and email address


  • ZipPay:
    ZipPay offers the flexibility where you choose when to pay fee-free within 30 days. If it isn't pay day and you need the dress ASAP, this is a perfect option as you won't need to pay a dollar upfront. To pay the payment in full or do a partial payment, log into your dashboard. Otherwise, you can pay a minimum amount of $40 each month (up to 6 months max) until it is all paid off. Every 1st of the month, for any amount that is still remaining in your account, a $6 administration fee is charged.
      To create an account with ZipPay, you must pass the general eligibility criteria:
    • - Must be 18 years old and over
    • - Australian citizen or permanent resident
    • - Working mobile phone number & email address
    • - Have either Facebook or PayPal (if you don't have either of the two, unfortunately you won't be able to sign up)
If you paying by your card on our online boutique, we accept Mastercard, Visa or American Express. Please be advised when paying by AfterPay or ZipPay, they only accept Visa and Mastercard. For any other card providers, please check out by PayPal - you can either log into your account or have the option of entering your selected card from another card provider. We have now integrated LayBuy which is readily to use for our New Zealand & UK customers.
For both our domestic and international delivery, we use Australia Post as our courier service. When we have dispatched your order, you should received your tracking number.
Please be advised Australia Post is a third party service and we have no control over their delivery time frames. For our Australian customers, generally standard delivery takes between 3-7 business days and express delivery will take between 1-2 business days. For international customers, it will take between 7-14 business days. To avoid disappointment, please provide sufficient time before the event. If you have simply changed your mind, we offer store credit as a form of method. You can read more here
Depends which courier service you used, it may take up to seven days for us to receive the parcel. Once we have received the item, please provide 2 business days for us to assess and apply the store credit to your account.
We offer store credit as form of refund otherwise we offer exchanges of another size or style. Please be advised this policy is applicable for both in-store and online. In regards to purchases by AfterPay & ZipPay, your payment schedule will continue and we will apply the full amount as store credit.
