Aurium Resources Limited is an Australian exploration Company, based in Perth that has been established to predominantly explore for deposits of Iron Ore ,uranium and gold
The Company’s mission is to increase Shareholder wealth through capital growth and ultimately dividends by exploring and discovering viable mineral deposits and developing profitable mining operations.
The Board is also prepared to evaluate other projects that have the potential to contribute to Company growth through Joint Venture, “farm-in” or acquisition arrangements.
Aurium Resources Pty Limited was incorporated in Western Australia on 15 February 2007 and was registered as an unlisted public company, Aurium Resources Limited (Aurium), on 1st June 2007.
Since incorporation, the Company has applied to lease specific mining tenements located in the Northern Territory and in Western Australia.
Objectives
The Company’s immediate exploration objectives are:
- To complete the evaluation of the substantial geological data available from PDY for the Peak Hill tenements.
- To establish a structured exploration program to target known anomalous areas.
- To pursue opportunities to discover deposits in order to create a potential cash-flow to augment exploration budgets; and
- To concurrently develop/assess a uranium exploration program by collating all public file tenement data followed by aeromagnetic surveys of the Project areas.
The key medium to long term strategies of the Company are:
- To generate cashflows through the discovery of economic mineralisation
- To establish and commission suitable plant for production
- To create a consistent sustainable income
- To evaluate other prospective mining projects that have the potential to contribute to Company growth and
- To seek future projects either by direct acquisition or in joint ventures.
